Anne - for us it was a very, you know, natural choice because Lukas is just so friendly, so open-minded. He's also very much into, you know, what's actually going on in the more digital world. He's very nerdy in a very good way,

Anne - and then of course he's very professional.

Anne - So yeah, let him work.

Frederik - The way he works is very professional, and I like that he's having a lot of structure, and it makes it much more easy for us to, to fit into and, yeah, and work together with with Lukas in general is very easy and very nice for us.

Anne - Yeah, it's just very smooth. He's really listening, but always, he always have, you know, also some good suggestions and some questions, and I like that, you know, he's also-

Frederik - The ping pong.

Anne - Yeah, putting more thoughts into, okay, actually, what is this business about and what needs the customers to know and what can and how can we make the employees work more smoothly also.

Frederik - Also, it's easy that, you know, Lukas started as a customer, and so then he knows like all

Frederik - the good stuff to have and to work into, and that makes so much sense.

Anne - Yeah, and for us it has been very easy to see, okay, what has this actually brought to the firm, because before

Anne - Before we actually hired him, I think we used so many hours every week on YOGO, you know, putting people's name in, creating the shift, and so on. And now we have actually integrated YOGO with our homepage or website and also with our shift planning system, SmartPlan. So I think it has saved us maybe 50% of our time that we actually spend on YOGO every week. So that have been a huge difference for us.

Frederik - Just time you don't want to use.

Anne - Yeah.

Frederik - Because you want to use it on other stuff. So it's so nice that it's just running now, and Lukas helped a lot with that.

Anne - But also giving, you know, all the customers a nice, you know, digital experience have also been-

Frederik - Some nice features.

Anne - So important for us, and seeing our website before and now, I'm actually getting a little bit, maybe, what have you called it when you're a little bit, you know?

Frederik - I think it's so crazy to see the difference. It's like a whole new world.

Anne - I really think we have, you know, tapped into something different here because we want to create an experience in the sauna, but now we're actually also creating an experience on the homepage for people or our customers. So I think actually we have a full circle of, you know, yeah, the sauna experience life, or what can you call it. So yeah, very nice. And also, you know, it's also some small things. Luke have actually also suggested that putting in a Spotify list on our, you know, facilitators profile on the web page.

Anne - It was so smart, it was so clever, but I have never thought about that. So, you know, he also come up with some small great ideas that actually can, you know, add so much more value for the customers. So yeah, just, we're just very grateful.

Frederik - Yeah, 10 out of 10.
