Less admin.
More time for your business.

I help you hand repetitive admin to AI and teach your team how to use it well. Practical help with emails, booking enquiries, spreadsheets, shifts and follow-ups - using ChatGPT, Claude and the tools that fit your work.

How I help

Start with the work your team already has.

Workshops, coaching and automation are practical ways to remove friction. We choose the right mix around the work you want to make easier.

01

Practical AI workshops

Bring a live task. We try useful approaches together, from drafting customer emails to organising a messy spreadsheet.

02

Follow-up coaching

Turn the useful parts into shared prompts, checklists and simple habits people can use in a normal workday.

03

Automate recurring admin

Connect the routine steps in your work, with checks and approvals where they matter. I can set up or build a focused workflow when it is useful.

70%

of businesses using AI reported more efficient workflows in Statistics Denmark’s 2024 survey.

About

Practical first. Technical when it helps.

I’m Lukas. I have 10 years of professional software engineering experience. I’ve been at JOE & THE JUICE for two years and currently work as an AI Engineer. I lead workshops and build automations with estimated time savings of over 1,000 hours.

I like making useful tools understandable enough to use in a normal workday. That means listening carefully, showing the trade-offs, and leaving you with something concrete to try.
